Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one
bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have
ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The
suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom

From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-)
The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.
The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-(

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

The staff was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating. The in-house restaurant, Blue Ribbon Sushi, was absolutely and almost surprisingly delicious, and the ambience made the experience all the better. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and stylish, comfortable and spacious. The location in the LES of Manhattan is perfect, you can't ask for more!

The staff was wonderful and attentive. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.

The Jade is in an excellent location (right smack dab in the middle of Greenwich Village) and is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping.
