  I stayed at apartment #5F, which is absolutely great for a couple, with views to Rockefeller Plaza. The location is perfect for tourists and you will be a step away from everything, from venues, sightseeings, restaurants, Broadway shows, stores... to transportation to everywhere you need to go.   I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent... vad folk säger » . It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

Price was very reasonable for the quality of the services offered (modern apartment with plenty of space, full set of cooking / eating tools, two high quali... vad folk säger » ty TV sets including one good size LCD screen, free WiFi in the room, small but nice and clean gym) - It was like having your own ny apartment just steps from everything! Wehave stayed at several other trendy 4 star hotels in the area and thiswas far better than any of those! As a plus they offered Freecomputer/printer/internet use. Our apartment was huge and was modern andstylish as well! We will be bringing our 3 girls to ny and will stayhere again!

  The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

  Stanton street was a Great location with lots of reasonably priced eateries nearby. I have stayed in central manhattan in the past and by comparison I think the lower east side had more soul and we felt more at home and that we were locals for the couple of weeks that we stayed there. Many buses both cross town and up and downtow - This Bed and Breakfast is the most desirable hotel we have ever stayed in the New York City area. From the exceptionally clean lobby, friendly and competent manager-- along with the quietness of the rooms where we had stayed on two different occasions-I fully recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who would like to have peace and quiet while visiting New York.
