  Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we

  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. From Concierge to Front desk to bellboy, they are committed to their work. Bravo! I travel extensively and was at first a bit worried about staying in this... vad folk säger » huge, busy hotel, expecting an overwhelmed staff but it was not the case and I would definitely go there again and recommend it to many! - Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.
