  I liked that the rooms were spacious and more like a small apartment. I liked the made to order omelets and breakfast buffet and the early evening drinks. Hurricanes are now a favorite. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you do not want to go looking for a restaurant, then there is one in the hotel.   Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak. If it's your first time there, be sure to ask them about local things that interest you, such as places to eat, places to watch footba... vad folk säger » ll, places to see, etc. - The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in. Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

  I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney- friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I loved the elegance without being overly "froo- froo:. The view was spectacular of the French Quarter and - I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My Aunt & I stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Mississippi River. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

  We came from a cruise and it was Madi Gras weekend so the city was more than crowded. The minute we walked into the lobby we were made to feel at home. Staff was incredible the location could not have been better and the rooms were great. After being on the ships cots the beds were amazing. The hotel is on the parade routes for Mardi Gras and St. Patricks Day. The entire staff was great, from the front desk to the valet and cleaning staff. They were all very pleasant - Great decor, great comfort, divinely comfortable beds, very clean, sound-proof, excellent breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff. Good location in garden district, on the trolley line and near Magazine street but a car is reommended if you are going to the Quarter or Marigny.
