  The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini- kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided pool towels. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away. Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

  When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean. My fiancé and I have already discussed our stay next summer and we are choosing best western again.   I was excited about the reduced golf fees set up between the resort and thirty-two golf courses in the Myrtle Beach Strands. The rates were better than I could have received at the local Senior Center. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

  We loved the rooms. After just having stayed in another hotel (major brand named) for a week that was a major disappointment. Walking into this lovely lobby, then upstairs into the room I was so happy! It was a true suite, with not only a door to the bedroom but a lovely French door set up! Large desk & work area. We each had our lapt - Everything. The rooms were so nice and comfy. The breakfast was wonderful. Free beer/wine and food during the weekday afternoon was a great plus. Love the hot tub. Kitchen in room (no stove). Less then 5min drive to the beach. Guy working kitchen area was very nice and friendly. Would absolutely go back!!!!!
