staff friendliness, pool room. The hotel has changed hands. The rooms were large and clean.breakfast not included, needed to take a taxi to go to the campus and downtown, the hotel shuttles could have been more frequent. The hotel adverstised that they provided a shuttle to downtown Minneapolis. I also contacted the hotel, in advance of my reservation to confirm that the shuttle was available. When I arrived, they told me the shuttle would not run and I was then obligated to pay for taxi service which increased my cost by about $40.
