I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility! We also liked the room and for the price the hotel was a pretty good value. Decent location and clean facilities.   The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

  Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless ... vad folk säger » and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar wh - very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.

Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms. The roof top pool was beautiful as well.
