Wide room, friendly staff, the hotel owns 2 buildings across the street
from one another, just like having the whole city block private for
yourself ! with plenty of street tables and umbrellas to relax, great
freedom and space just like owning the block as opposed to being closed

The young man at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I was impressed and he took good care of us. I wish I remembered his name. He was short with short hair. The night was Thursday the 16th of May at 1130pm when we checked in. Management please thank the young man for me and groom him for more responsibility!

The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very modern, the rooms have brand
new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of
attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and
perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back
there anytime. The beach is great and the pool area is exquisite. The
hotel is very close to Ocean Drive.

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. Views over the Bay are so stunning, the sunsets are worth paying for the room with the bay view. Hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The Boulan South Beach was more then I expected. Just grand. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms.
