  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. - I love the fact that we were able to get a ocean view room on short notice.   Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that south beach restaurants are expensive. A case of water in the room and lots of beer helped us limit the cash we spent du - I liked that they had plates, forks, etc & everything was clean. The staff was very friendly & they responded quickly to any issues we had. The location was perfect & the stores & restaurant in front were very convenient.

The rooms and facilities are very clean and perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back there anytime. The beach is great and the pool area is exquisite.
