- Excellent location. Next to the beach, shopping, nightlife.
- Very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.
- Good Price.
- Helpfull employees (one of our cards didn't open the door, it was changed very fast; I was thirst at 3am, and they got me water - there wasn't room service)

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

Arrived in Miami after having a very rude taxi driver. Was greeted with
a friendly welcome at the hotel. We were not informed of any information
about the hotel - location of the pool, breakfast etc. We entered what
seemed to be the smallest lift known to man, after fitting two people
with luggage in, it was a very tight fit, and even worse when o

329), to find it quite spacious, large living, dining and kitchen area.

Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything .
Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite !
Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family.
Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant .
Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a

we had a completly updated room, nice tv, excellent huge bed. free parking, the hotel is not really central if you want to be @ maimi south beach so i would recomend a car if staying in this hotel, then it's about 15 minutes drive - location, price, good bed and linen, airport shuttle service

Like everyone who takes the time to write this reveiw, I liked the
location. The two ladies who works the morning shift are excellent. I
like the 24 hour convinence store attached to the hotel and the cafe
tables outside.The kitchen in the room is a huge perk considering that
south beach restaurants are expensive. I picked up some groceries and

I liked that they had plates, forks, etc & everything was clean. The
staff was very friendly & they responded quickly to any issues we
had. The location was perfect & the stores & restaurant in front
were very convenient.
