  Loved everything. They were able to meet our request of a late check-out which was much appreciated. The two roomed suite was lovely. Kitchen well equipped. The main bedroom with an extra large bed. Housekeeping services excellent. Chairs for beach use great idea. Pool warm as a spa. It was nice to come across helpful and ple - The rooms are really spacious and the staff very helpful. It's placed right across the street from the Beach, so only 100m from a very clean and enjoyable beach. The pool is nice and clean with very warm Water in end March. At the hotel you can free borrow beach chairs and other stuff if you like.

  This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff. The design (an antidote to the pervasive kitsch tendencies of most Miami Beach hotels), the atmosphere, the location (directly on the water with fantastic views), the restaurant (wholesome food, light and very tasty), the spa (exceptional), the staff (the best I have experienced in the us - very attentive, helpful & smiling). A stay for 4 or 5 days can feel like 4 or 5 weeks and I always leave wanting more. It's always amazing that Alex always remembers me. This year he said "welcome home" when I arrived and it did feel like it.

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.
