great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice. Great little B&B at the lower end of South Beach. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within short distance of all amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they treated you like a VIP. Great for a get away to South Beach if you want to relax and enjoy all South beach has to offer.

It was a nice room overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The suite needed up dating but it was clean. The pool area was very nice. I liked the security staff made sure you were a guest and not just someone walking off the beach. We did enjoy our stay there. The view, the balcony, the beach..this was a great value.
