My room at the 10th floor with an incredible view of the city and bay. The free wi fi which worked really good Staff always ready to assit you in al areas. Lounge and decoration That all afternoons guests were received with free cheese and wine. Security measures they have introduced lately. Comfortable rooms.

That they charge you all stuff at the beach, think that should be complementary.

Shawnee was absolutely wonderful helping us with a problem on our Debit Card! She was patient, knowledgeable and she followed through. She made our stay worth the trip.

Our room was rather small and not as classy as other Sheraton's we've stayed in. The decor was outdated. It looked more like a room for college students on spring break. I really believe we were assigned that room because we reserved through letsbookhotel.com, which makes me not want to us them again.

I like the fact that's was clean and so close to the beach

I didn't like the fact that the room was not ready when we got there and we had to wait 2hours to get it the was not good at all!!! people like us were very tired cause of the trip and still waiting it's not fair...

Location (in front of the sea)

Hotel in general sounds old but conserved. I would expect a much modern installations from a Hotel at this level of price.

The beach, de jacuzzi, the room

Way too expensive for a double room, not including parking, nor breakfast, nor safe, nor frigobar.... Reluctance or ignorance of the people in both front desks about public transportation to and from the hotel. Price of 2 croissants with cofee at 9:00 am: U$10 (they say the cofee is free).

cleanning is not the strong point of this hotel, carpet on the 10th floor must be changed urgent.

Worst place ever. I want my money back. I had to sleep on the lobby since they sold my room and when i asked for another one i was yelled at and they called security.and i had to pre-pay.

free wifi (even though I had to put in the password EVERY TIME!!!) bed was soft

no fridge in the room old and old fashioned furniture in the room bathroom from 1970 overall quality is not what I was expecting from Sheraton association terrible room location (view was a concrete roof and wall!)
