Serviceutbudet och läget - We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special. Very convenient for an airport stopover, very close to the airport, with a regular easy to catch free shuttle. I arrived at 8 am not expecting to be able to check in, but had meetings from 10 am so asked if there was somewhere I could clean up and store bags - they checked me into my room straight away, which was fantastic service. Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.

Everything was perfect. Staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and very comforting. About 10 minute drive to Venice, Hollywood, Downtown, Etc. If your an NBA fan of the Los Angeles Clippers, their practice facility is across the street. Overall a very good destination for a get away. -

Everything was fine and good. Great location, near the metro and bus stations. USC and expo center in 5 minute walking distance. Several places to eat are also close to hotel. -

The experience was very good. Freindly and helpful customer service, clean, safe, and a good breakfast.
We tried to check in a bit early (1:30) but our room wasn't ready so the staff agreed to securely store our bags and allowed us to use the staff room to change our clothes.

For a budget hotel this one is excellent and I would recommend this hotel. -
The breakfast included boiled or baked egg, sausages, yogurt, pastries, waffles, cereal, coffee, tea, jam, cream cheese etc. - a good variety. The room was big - bed and pillows very comfy. Very clean, nice sized mini fridge, Nice white sheets and duvet cover.

The room was spacious ( 3rd level handicap accessible rooms) with a
patio. Room 355 and 353. We were next to the pool and gym. The room had
rain forest shower heads and very comfortable beds. You can order a
complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with
opening an inner door in the rooms. Diverse with a lot of travelers. -

We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking

Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro. -
Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant.

It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our
two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire
depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the
car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5
or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day. Make sure you take your

comfortable seating (which was nice since I arrived very early and had

I loved the layout and design of the lobby. I liked how cleaned and comfortable the room felt and was. I liked how everything was a reach away and how everything you could think of was in the room. I loved that there was a convenience store and restaurant around the corner. Also, I thought it was a nice touch with the gift bag at check-in.
