The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in with top quality linens and very good toiletries. Wi-fI is super hi-speed. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient.   Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through, long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of, particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there...   As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer.   What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA.
