  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental. The staff were amazing and made my stay as comfortable as possible.   Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through, long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of, particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there... I've stayed at this location before and will definitely stay there again. super comfor - Room was well appointed, large and modern. Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance. Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable. Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

  It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5 or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day.
