  The staff at the hotel were so courteous and friendly, giving you that aloha spirit. The pool the kids loved so much. For me, it was home away from home. I was surprised to run into a few workers that are good friends that I knew for a long time. They were so gracious and asked if I needed anything. The staff was very friendly and always smiled and said hello. Great music talent in the bar, too!

  Location is fabulous. No need for an upgrade, all views are great. Stayed in room 2116, spacious, clean, pleasant feel. Wifi worked extremely well in the room. Breakfast is worth the money and the Friday crab buffet is to die for.   We enjoyed the outside bbq grilles nearly every night. Found a great fresh fish market in Hanalei, called Hanalei Dolphin, behind the restaurant there. Close to the airport but no airplane noise, close to shopping in Kapa'a, fun pools here and next door.
