There with a friend for a concert at the Wiltern Theater literally steps away! A/c just fine once we cranked it up to cool off the room. Large bathroom, flat screen tv, phone, coffee and fridge.   This is a beautifully designed bldg. opened in 1926. I went into signif disrepair, and the restoration project has come along very nicely. It has become restored enough that they are accepting guests, and the guests rooms are beautifully appointed. Wonderful Hotel to support, and help restore an historic-worthy building. Very clean rooms - I initially booked for only 2 nights before I was scheduled to stay elsewhere across town. I cancelled the other hotel, and stayed an additional 2 nights here. Location may not be ideal for some, but for a solo traveller with a car, it was fine. Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable, I can find no fault.

Hotel is situated in a Hispanic community - nice, friendly and helpful folks. - I liked that they had donuts and fruit for breakfast. Everyone had a smile on their face and was really welcoming.   I had a very good stay at the Ramada hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in close vicinity to a lot restaurants and shops. I traveled as a solo female and I felt safe in the hotel and surrounding areas. I traveled through the city by using the transit which is very cheap at only $1.50 for most buses.
