  We stayed at the Platinum for a few days before going on a road trip and again 10 days later to rest before the long flight home. I found the hotel to be excellent value for money. Like a home away from home, but better. It's an oasis of calm and luxury compared to the big Strip hotels. It was very large and had more than what you would find in the average home as for luxuries. they leave nothing out. You will feel like your staying in a 5 star room. Fantastic value for money. When we first saw our room we had the WOW factor. We had to double check to make sure we had chosen within our budget. Location was great aswell.

  I loved this place, Gina in reception was very friendly and helpfull made our stay very enjoyable. Felt very spoilt. The pool looked very nice didn't get time to go in it. Was right in the middle of everything. The rooms were very nice. Would def stay here again. - We were upgraded to a huge suite, so we were very comfortable.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... vad folk säger » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.
