The location was very close (in Chicago terms) to the festival I attended. Also, I liked their breakfast and relatively small size for a Marriott. Everything operated properly. -
The staff was very helpful and the hotel was not too far from everything for the price. Had a great time and the hotel was awesome.

All of the staff members I had contact with were helpful and respectful.
They helped us find food, transportation, and made us feel extremely
comfortable. This was my first time being in charge of a trip and they
did an excellent job helping me and making me feel comfortable and
confident. -
Hotel was remodeled nicely, lighting and colors good.

I stayed out running around the city all day so I didn't need a fancy hotel to accommodate me. This is my second stay at this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station).
The room was clean and tidy, bathrooms clean and showers HOT.

Pretty much everything. It was very clean, rooms were great size, plenty of bathrooms, although no private en-suites, fantastic staff, close to downtown and great price. The staff was fantastic, as was the concept an idea of the place. It had a efficient yet cool feel to it. The location is very convenient; a block from the blue line, a short walk from the six corners, parking available on the streets, Divvy bikes a block away, next door to Starbucks is a plus! The area in Wicker Park, Chicago is nice. Newly (2013) renovated rooms in nice condition. There are many restaurants in the area. The flat is spaceous and ideal for family. -
Spa, wet and dry sauna's were great. Masage therapist gabe me one of the best massages I have ever had. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.
