We liked everything in this hotel!!!Expecially the lobby area was really wonderful!!!The location is also perfect!!!The hotel is in the center of NYC!!!Short distance to Empire State Building,Central Park,Times Square and Fifth Avenue!!!The truth is that when somebody sees the price,it seems pretty expensive,but after a huge research that we did,we found out that hotels in the same price in NYC are terrible with very small and dirty rooms!!!We can

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
