  We were spoiled. The staff made us feel like we were very special...they even sent our little ones milk, cookies, and candy with the sweetest note to let them know that they were special. Our experience was flawless. We came to New York as a Christmas present to our grandchildren. Out room over looked time square and every experience we had was... vad folk säger » magical. Thanks to the great staff at the Marriott Marquis, they could not have been anymore professional, helpful or kind, especially to our little - The Marriot Marquis have a very friendly staff. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. The restaurants, gift shops and loungres are very convenient as well. Over our opinion of hotel is a excellent plus plus.

  The hotel was very clean and fresh. It felt brand new from the modern wall covering in the lobbies and corridors to the furniture and fittings inside the rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows. Location is almost in the heart of times square so here it stands - Hotel was very clean and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was very helpful and very available.   Utmärkt läge! - Läget vid Times Square, nära till flera tunnelbanelinjer samt Central Park! Bra tillgång till gym även om det var svårt att hitta dit. Vaktmästaren och receptionisten på hoteller var väldigt hjälpsamma även om temperaturen i badrummet inte gick att åtgärda. Okej värde för pengarna för att vara NY: 5n för $ 940 inkl. skatter.

  Good base to explore New York. Very comfortable hotel, room was spotlessly clean with plenty of toiletries & beautiful towels. Room comfort excellent. We couldn't check in til 4pm but not a problem as we left our luggage there so we were able to start our tour of New York. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.

  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!
