  Location was just amazing!!! Concierge service was fantastic as was the room device/bellboy service. Particular mention of concierge Carolyn, and Papa in lobby. Also the customer relations lady from Slovenia was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and good size. Renovations are huge and very little space to move sit or relax at the moment except for bar where a glass of wine is €19 at cheapest and smal - The hotel is in a great location. A block away from 51st and lexington subway station or 10 minutes walk to grand central/42nd st station. This is also a block away from the 5th Ave. From 5th Ave you can walk for 10 minutes and you'll get to Central Park. St Patrick's Cathedral is also across the street from the hotel.   Toppen-personal och mycket bra läge - EVERYTHING! Best hotel I have stayed in for a long, long time. Everything was very clean. The room we had was perfect for our family with a small kitchenette...nice and roomy. Staff was absolutely fantastic, especially the Front Desk Manager Tang!   Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we

  Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. When it came to leaving as we wasn't able to get back to ou - Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive. $265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

  I was attending a conference at NYU. The hotel is right at the heart of NYU and so was a convenient location for me. The beautiful Washington Square Park is just steps away from the hotel. I like that the hotel is situated in a safer and quieter part of the city, yet within easy reach of the attractions in the city. They were knowledgeable and prompt in responding to requests, as well as generous with recommendations for places - My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating.   The view from our room was incredible! The service was great, staff were friendly; there were some people who truly stood out Gabriella at the front desk and her manager (whos name I do not recall) who personally ran up to our room to move the champagne and chocolates (which they very kindly gave us as an anniversary present) to our new upgraded r... vad folk säger » oom, which we loved. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.
