  Upon entering the hotel, one is welcomed with exquisite beautiful beyond belief. The staff are very professional individuals and are eager to please. Also, the level of security is very important in a place like NYC, and the Waldorf takes extra measures to ensure everyone feels a high level of security.   Nice location -- very spacious and clean apartment. Excellent! Management was very easy to contact for arrival and departure information. Apartment had cooking appliances, towels, fast Internet and cable.
