  I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. We liked the breakfast and the social with the two drinks and then the evening meal that was availab... vad folk säger » le. The personnel that handled those amenities were very professional and quickly removed our plates as we finished. - This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

  The location close to Reagan airport by the hotels free shuttle bus is a big advantage, as is the metro within the complex. Also there is the Crystal City shopping complex, very touristy but giving many food and beverage options. We will stay at this hotel on our next visit to dc, a location worthy of many city visits as there is so much to see - I was really impressed with your staff. When I arrived I needed water to take my meds and I was immediately given a bottle from the gift shop along with my sister who was traveling with me. I only regret I do not remember the staff member's name. I think it was Lisa. She saw me the next morning and said 'Good morning Mrs. Hollis'. I thought how in the world could she remember my day from the previous day with all the guests she had encountered. I was impressed.

  Nice place, with pool and good breakfast. Our family was really happy. The Metro (subway) was closer than I expected and easy to walk to. Just remember to go out the back door, up the street in back and under the overpass. You can't get to the metro by walking up the six lane road in front of the hotel. The pool was small but I loved that there was a lifeguard and being able to sit and relax and not worry about my kids being in a huge pool by themselves.

  This place is city chic! The hotel lobby has a very hip feel. The parking includes in/out privileges. There is easy access to National airport and good food is within walking distance (although many more options are further away). The bed was VERY comfortable!   Free shuttle from airport to/from hotel every 20 min. Free shuttle from hotel to the Metro every 18 min. The Metro is a low price, clean and safe subway/train service. Breakfast was free buffet- style that was clean, hot and pleasing to eat(not gourmet style but plain). You should have no complaints from kids who won't eat "green" or "spicy" food.... vad folk säger » I stayed at Holiday Inn the next couple of days with friends and longed for the Residence Inn food that I had given up to travel on long bus rides to - Staff was professional and friendly, very accommodating. The one bedroom suite was great. The cleaning staff kept it very clean. We did not need their services on a daily basis but when we did, their service was excellent. Our stay was 7 days. The hotel is new and very well designed. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes providing access to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store was on the route. It was a wonderful week for us we will definitely stay there again.

  I took the Metrobus 5A from Dulles International Airport and went off at Rosslyn Metro Center. From there, it was just 7-8 minutes walk to the hotel. From Rosslyn you can take the Orange or Blue subway-line to most of the tourist attractions. You can walk to the Iwo Jima monument and Arlington National Cemetary in 10 minutes (or take the blue subw... vad folk säger » ay line from Rosslyn to Arlington Cemetary). I did not encounter any problems with the free in room WiFi during my 5 day-stay. More than 50 TV channe - Very friendly and helpful Staff from front of house to housekeeping. Very convenient for Iwo Jima Memorial Arlington National Cemetery and Metro. 15-20 minutes walk in either direction. Doesn't serve meals but, there is a restaurant next door or there is Ruby Tuesdays where we got a couple if excellent meals.. Can get coffee in reception from a machine if you can't be bothered to use the coffee making facilities in room. Room and bathroom clean. Would stay here again.

  The staff was friendly. Parking was only $10 per day. A few blocks from the metro. Several restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel. There was also a grocery store, pharmacy and convenience store a few blocks away. Room was clean and spacious. Quiet and safe neighborhood; nightclubs were only a couple metro stops away. My friends and I staye - Overall the the hotel excellent and is in a good location to visit Washington as it is close to a subway and within walking distance/bus ride of the wonderful and vibrant Georgetown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.   I stay here now for business whenever I am in DC and the hotel has a room available. It is a popular place for groups and individual tourists as well. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. There was amc theatre and Courthouse metro station just two minutes away. There was a 12 hours shuttle always available to take you to metro. 7 days breakfast which was more than sufficient/ sitting area was spacious as well. There was complimentary dinner on Mon/Tue/Wed I am glad I choose this hotel for my stay, would definately go there next time as well.
