  I like the friendliness of the staff. Check in & out were very smooth. My request was fulfilled & even can check in earlier than chk in time. Really happy for it.   I really loved the layout and the scenery of the hotel! I only stayed one night but I did book this hotel again for the following weekend! Everything was perfect!   The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The linens were magnificent and the bath products were luxurious. Loved these products so much that I have purchased them thru the internet. The work out room has high quality and variety of equipment. The internet is hi speed and reliable. The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel was ver... vad folk säger » y friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good with variety and quality overall. This hotel is next to IH610 however, the - A cracking hotel with a great central location to the Galleria and local business district. I've stayed in all the other hotels locally and this is the best of the lot in my opinion. The gym is also great (with good TV's on cardio equipment). Parking is also plentiful and you can self park (becoming quite rare in Galleria Hotel area). I look to head back soon.

  This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on Sunday morning at 8 am.

  While I was there I was ironing my shirt to go out and there was something on the iron that transferred to my shirt, I called the front desk, just to get a new iron and they got someone to not only get the stain out but iron the shirt for me. - The hotel is excellent with an european atmosphere and all the amenities to make our stay very pleasant... vad folk säger » .
