  Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early.   Clean, comfortable hotel. Within walking distance to downtown core, major attractions. Nicely decorated rooms, good space with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, sink. Fairly priced for location and room type. Staff helpful and polite. Emerald Grill next door serves good selection of meals also with helpful and polite staff. Rooms were large and clean; liked refrig and microwave in room since only one nearby cafe. We aren't for extravagance, and Ace was just what we like. Nice and simple. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was standard continental. In the heart of Belltown with restaurants and bars all within blocks and downtown proper only a 10 minute walk away.

  We booked this because it was by far the cheapest option and was a central location, thinking that we were likely to have to put up with sub-par accommodations; but were VERY pleasantly surprised at how incredibly comfortable the bed and pillows were, how clean it was, the addition of the little kitchenette and the somewhat spacious and styled bat... vad folk säger » hroom. I would recommend this place to anyone. - Great hotel for the price. Staff were attentive and very helpful. I was allowed to check in 4hours early and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean, warm and comfortable with free wifi, small kitchenette with coffee maker and a great price. Good location near to Downtown and the space needle, I can't recommend it highly enough
