  The staff were helpful and knowledgable about the area. The hotel itself was fantastic and amazing value for money! The rooms are colourful and comfortable. I was surprised and ecstatic to find that I could find an ensuite room to myself in new hotel with fabulous facilites for less than US$30 a night!   The reception guy was really friendly and gave us some good recommendations about what to see, where to eat and how to get around. The hotel is in LA Downtown which is home to LA Clippers (basketball team) and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok. (toast, cereal, tea and coffee) Car park is free and looked safe.   We were a young couple visiting from the Caribbean and had first stop off in Arizona for a week for a business trip. We had no regrets! When we arrived at Knights in I noticed that the previous hotel where we stayed had charged our credit card by mistake for a room that was prepaid by my husband employer.   Everything. Staff was friendly and polite, rooms were clean and big. Facilities were good. Hotel is situated in a Hispanic community - nice, friendly and helpful folks. - I liked that they had donuts and fruit for breakfast. Everyone had a smile on their face and was really welcoming.   Staff was very courteous and helpfull. Bathroom had been updated and was clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to usc facilities and numerous restaurants. - Staffs are really nice, it's very clean, quiet, near to USC. A lot of mart and food nearby.
