  The room was pretty much what we saw on the internet, so pretty much what we expected. The courtyard and our balcony overlooking the the courtyard was really nice. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what little we had was quite positive. We ate in the bistro the first night we arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the food ... vad folk säger » quality and price. - We really liked the location because we were close enough to walk a short distance to Bourbon Street but we were far enough away from all of the loud music and party goers that we could sit peacefully on our balcony and enjoy the sun and fun from a distance.

  Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival.   I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney- friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I loved the elegance without being overly "froo- froo:. The view was spectacular of the French Quarter and - I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
