  This was the most beautiful Hotel. The service was above excellent. The staff were so friendly and catered to your every need and the breakfast is out of this world. If it was a ship it would be just like the titanic. Would definetly recommend. Conviently located to everything. Cant say enough wonderful things about it. The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park.   Manager Nathanial was very helpful over mixup in booking and lack of 2nd queen bed that should have been in room. Hotel is 2 minute walk (1 block) from famous Bourbon Street in French quarter and 5 minutes from Mississippi River. - Location modern, nice lobby/bar

  I loved everything about the Blake Hotel. The staff was fantastic. My room was very comfortable and I felt very safe in this location. It has an onsite restaurant that serves good food and it is very close to the French Quarter, Canal Street shopping, the St Charles St trolley and only a 10 minute brisk walk to Cafe du Monde. The location was perfect for us - a short walk from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Also loved the restaurant downstairs for a quick, convenient meal when we didn't have time to stop elsewhere. Our hotel room was clean and nicely decorated. I read other reviews that said the rooms weren't nice, but ours was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

  The hotel was really nice and in perfect location near the French quartet but still far enough from all the noise of Bourbon Street. For our surprise, the hotel offered free complimentary breakfast for each morning which was really good. The staff was helpful and helped us to book a nice swamp tour. Although the room was a bit small and we did have noisy neighbors, the overall experience in that price was exc - Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast. As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your staff is really excellent!
