  In short: Everything. The amazing, well-kept house, the individually composed breakfast and the great location gives you the feeling that you are staying in a 5-star hotel. While Washington is obviously a great place and worth another visit, we will come ba - The visit at Ledroit Park Renaissance Bed and Breakfast Was amazing! The room we stayed at was very good with comfortable beds. The couple that host us was really nice and even checked what kind of breakfast we would love to eat. They helped us with where to go in dc And by the end they took us to the bus station because we had a lot of luggage. Also the place is close to the train station. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay

  Modern, stylish yet cozy and quiet. Modeled with attention to detail down to the faucetts. Super comfy bed. The suit was perfect for a single person, a couple or a small family. Beautiful bathroom and an outstanding shower! All modern appliances...stove, microwave, dishwasher, full size refridgerator. It's within walking distance to the White - The hotel is fully renovated. Nice, clean, modern. Having a kitchen helped feed breakfast in the morning for kids. Close to Mt. Vernon square metro station-yellow line. Friendly front desk. Elisa is great. Left our bags at the hotel upon check out since we had a later flight. CVS is round the block for groceries. We were flying from DCA - so a quick 5 min walk to metro and we were at the airport < 30mins!!

  Well done Hampton Inn ! Stayed here for 4 nights in late May. The staff are excellent and like most things make the difference between a good/bad customer experience and an excellent one. We are experienced travellers (all over the world) and found the staff across the board very helpful and courteous. Room was comfortable with everything you would require and expect. Breakf - Room with a view of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Refrigerator snd microwave facilities in room. All day free tea and coffee. Overall goods facilities in room and spacious room. I liked that breakfast was included in the price of the room. Will recommend to people wanting to explore the city. Good choice of restaurants a few minutes' walk away.

  Staff. Helpful and friendly, chatty. Hot showers. Big house, communal rooms with big Tvs and sofas. About a 4 block walk to Verizon centre and the gallery metro. Free pc Internet access. Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights!   The staff was efficient and gracious. We appreciated the amenities they provided. They were an integral part of the pleasure we experienced during our stay. The hotel is a reminder of the elegance of by gone days.The ambiance was unique and special. It didn't feel like a "I could be anywhere" hotel. My room was quite big and very clean, but nothing that special about it. Maybe the Victorian rooms are more interesting. Garden, lobby and restaurant room are quite beautiful. Location is ok, can walk to major DC attractions, but it's not a short walk.
