  The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. Happy hour at the Bank was reasonable the drinks and food were good. Staff very polite and accommodating? Would have loved to have the giant bottle of La Crem... vad folk säger » a from the bank vault delivered to our room for us to consume. - I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

  Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.
