  The rooms and service from staff were excellent. The breakfast was excellent as was the one meal I ordered late at night in the bar. - I really liked the staff and how friendly, and helpful everyone was to us. The room was amazing. Far above what I expected.

  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. The staffs were helpful and attende... vad folk säger » d with our request very promptly. - We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

  Location on the U of M campus. Close to University Hospital. Upgraded appearance of public areas and of the room with large flat screen TV, plenty of electrical outlets and a pleasant shower..   I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being ... vad folk säger » a good sport". I loved it. It made my daughter and my nine hours drive worth it. Also, I liked the fact that the TV could not be turned up extremely - Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).
