  We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos.   We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. I did enjoy the caring - A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. I have no idea how she did it but she upgraded my room to a complimentary suite, all this because of an old war injury, and to top it off, a big thank you for m

  I loved how all the staff was very welcoming to us as soon as we arrived, they were all nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room I stayed in was nice a big, not what I expected at all. It wasnt a strip view but I had a better view of the mountains over looking Vegas and the sunset was beautiful. I like how t - We stayed here on our wedding day and it was the best choice. We have been upgraded to vip for free, and the vip suite was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.
