I loved this place, Gina in reception was very friendly and helpfull made our stay very enjoyable. Felt very spoilt. The pool looked very nice didn't get time to go in it. Was right in the middle of everything. The rooms were very nice. Would def stay here again. -

The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

It was very large and had more than what you would find in the average home as for luxuries. they leave nothing out. You will feel like your staying in a 5 star room. Fantastic value for money. When we first saw our room we had the WOW factor. We had to double check to make sure we had chosen within our budget. Location was great aswell.

Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. Bed was comfortable and suite was well laid out. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).

Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean and as described. Close enough to main part of the strip to walk every day. Restaurant inside casino next door (ellis-island) has good food at great price!! (Dinner for 2 for less than 30 bucks, steak 10oz and eggs 5.99$).
