  There seems to be many mixed opinions about this hotel. Lets get the facts. It is the cheapest downtown hotel offered by letsbookhotel.com. In this World you get what you pay for. I was satisfied because it was my cheapest Miami hotel for 13 years. The staff was friendly. The maid really did her best to clean the rooms. The bed was very comfortabl... vad folk säger » e. I stayed there in two different rooms during two visits . In both rooms both television and aircon were in working order.There was a nice fridge. I - Centrally located, close to cruise ships terminal. Great area for shopping, local restaurants. Super friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Attached restaurant, makes it handy for breakfast. Not the Ritz for sure, but still good value for price. Good for overnight stay for cruise ships or overnight airline connections.

  I love everything about this hotel! At first, when I was still searching what hotel I was gonna stay, I read some bad reviews abt Leamington. I concerned me a bit. But so luckily, I decided to stay there for 4 days. Its just perfectly mets my needs. Affordable and convenient! The staff is awesome! They r very friendly and help me a lot! Room was quiet. The internet was great and worked in the room. Only a few blocks from the metro rail link to airport.

  nice location, business suite is big and comfortable - Very nice hotel. Helpful stuff although not all English speakers. Had connections with different city tour providers.We were staying in a suite which was very spacious and cosy. Bathroom was huge with a bubble-bath.
