  Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Unusual to see hard surface floors in the room, but made me feel better about cleanliness, potential bug issues. Not - We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Loved the bathroom with brilliant shower and wall mounted containers of paraben free bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The tapas were generous and very tasty. Police stat

  The location is perfect. Pretty near of touristic sites, such as Time Square, Rockfeller Center, Empire State Building and others. Subway lines are pretty near also. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Although bathroom is shared, there is no inconvenient about it once there are more than one per floor. The staff is friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I also loved how close it was to everything we planned on doing in Manhattan. The staff was all super friendly and they even had a security buzzer on the entrance which was a plus for me.

  We (young couple - 28 yo) stayed in this hostel during one week to visit ny. We spent a very nice time at this place. The bedroom (economy-cheap) was little but nice, confortable and clean (queen bed, sink, mirror, window). We had a shared bathroom always clean and available (morning and evening) ! The breakfast was very nice (cereals, some fruits... vad folk säger » , bread, bagel, hard egg, jam, butter, honey, tea, coffee, milk, juice ...). The location was perfect to visit Manhattan, very close to metro, between - Frankie at the front desk was wonderful. The location was very close to the 8th avenue subway station which was a nice line to ride and see the city. The breakfast was delicious and the other guests were friendly. The water pressure in the shower was good (a plus for me). The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job cleaning the room daily. Very quiet during our stay both from other rooms and from the outside. There is a grocery store on 8th ave between 22nd and 21st (2 minute walk).

Personalen vartillmötesgående då man behövde hjälp. - yes but prefer a more central location, but can´t beat value for money in NYC. - The price was terrefic.   Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms. The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.
