  The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Took a 2.50 bus from the airport, and took a 2.00 b... vad folk säger » us to jungle island. Ate once in the restaurant in the morning and food was good as well as service. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

  Professionalism and availability of the staff always ready to support and help the guest making their staying as nice as possible. The location is absolutely fantastic...in the very centre!! - Very comfortable bed, stylish, well-designed room. Room was very quiet. Free wi-fi was much appreciated.

  The hotel had a very relaxing and zen feel. I like that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Collins, but still close enough to walk over to the restaraunts and shopping. I also liked that it was an apartment style suite. - friendly staff, valet guys were great, food was terrific room was clean and welcoming

  The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice. Location can't be beat. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definaely stay here again. The hotel is very close to Ocean Drive.
