  The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready with a quick answer to questions, as well as, recommendations for travel, tours and dining. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are too short : 10 to 6pm

  Beautiful hotel; I love the dark wood and elegant light fixtures. The room was spacious and attractive with a great view. The bed was so comfortable - I haven't slept so well in a long time. We also enjoyed the beautiful lounge and the gym. - For an affordable NYC hotel, this one is the best value for money I have found. They accomadated my family to the upmost.Very friendly and helpful. - The room was nice and clean, best value that I´ve had in New York.   The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and we were within walking distance of all shops and there were some lovely restaurants nearby. - I had a park view room so it was as nice to stay in as go out. It was so quiet, which a big plus!

  This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. Together with Caesar on the door they were always there with advise on destinations and restaurants, and treated us like we were family. The Girls on reception ( ve... vad folk säger » ry sorry but I lost the card with your names but you know who you are) who had us booked in 5 minutes after arriving and were always smiling and alway - The location is perfect - right at Columbus Circle: 10 min walk to Times Sq but a residential area so no tourist crowds; lots of cafes and restaurants within a block or two; two subway lines just across the street from the hotel; extremely friendly and helpful staff -- they took time to know us and remember what we were there for and asked how things were going; rooms are large by NY standards and very well-appointed.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  Takterrassen var fantastiskt mysig - Miljön inne på hotellet var väldigt soft och mysig. Trevlig miljö och bra mat på hotellets restaurang och bar. Närheten till Central Park och shopping.
