  Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Also walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

  We loved Maria, the manager at Isola! She was very friendly and helpful. Rachael and Joey, our concierges were awesome! We stopped by their desk daily! They made wonderful suggestions and followed up with reservation for us. They could not have been more helpful or friendly! Joey made our trip so much fun. Alex made us feel we were in his home and treated us like royalty. Rachael is so warm and professional. I can't wait to go back. I have styed at many 5 star hotels. This hotel rocked my world. The room was always clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious and creative. Loved the energy, location and vibe of this hotel.
