  Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and served at times stated. Room condition was clean and spotless, same as en suite bathroom. Excellent location, very close to everything central. Quite reasonably priced considering it's a chain of Marriott hotels, it's location, free Wifi and complimentary breakfast. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name).   Congratulations to the designer, the bathrooms are a wonder of design in such a tiny space. I was upgraded to a queens room, that was also a corner room. Enjoyed this corner of peace in the busy city. All staff was very nice, all including the smiling and courtous cleaning ladies.   Location was perfect, just beside a subway station and within walking distance of Times Square. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were not expecting breakfast and it was a nice surprice to learn at check in that it was included, very basic but good to have a quick bite and coffee before hitting the sights and shops! Would recommend this hotel for anyone who - It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The cafe next door has great breakfast food and were extremely friendly as well. The TV had no cable reception at first but they came up promptly to fix it. I asked

  The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered. When we awoke the next morning, there was a complimentary bottle of sparkling Voss and a hand written - I was there to Burry My Mother I came in from Hawaii the only thing is I could not Ck in untill 1:00pm I was traveling with my son and the flight landed at 6:30am when I booked the Hotel with you you called them and ask if I could ck in early you said that they would try but when I got there I was not in the system but after about 10 minutes they said every thing was good but I could no ck in untill they would call me but they did let me leave my bags.
