The hotel is very close to Gran Central Station. It was very quiet, very clean and has been recently refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. A small hotel but nice and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. My daughter and I stayed one night in a budget room so it was small, with bathroom down the hall (sink in the room) but nicely appointe

Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff.

We went to nyc on a girls trip staying in a two double bed with a city
view room on the 18th floor. Comfortable beds, very clean, adequate
breakfast in am, 24 hr coffee, and excellent service with front desk.
They were always eager to address our needs. This hotel is only two
blocks away from Grand Central Station, which was perfect for seeing the
city. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was th sliding door
that separates the bedroom and bathroom. This was easily overlooked

Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.
