  The room was in excellent condition. Perfectly cleaned smelling fresh and and luxuriously designed The view from the 37th floor was to die for especially at night. I could see the Empire State Building, Crysler Building and all the others that lit up the night sky. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would reccomend it anytime. My visit to New York Citey will be - Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab--- very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

  Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! We used the fridge - From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-) The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

  SIMPLY THE BEST!!! We received the apartment on the highest floor - 36 with an astonishing view. We could see all the buildings including the Chrysler building. The people working there - always at their best - congrats guys, amazing service, outstanding and friendly at all times. the location - you are in the center of the world - NEW YORK CITY ... vad folk säger » midtown, everything around you. The apartment spacious, had everything we needed, comfortable and as I said before - with a breathtaking view...A DREA - more like living in NYC than visiting & living in a Hotel.. If you dont mind taking out the trash yourself and making your own bed, this is for you! Ask for an apartment as high up as possible. We got one on the 8th which was fine - but would have preferred 36th :-) A lot of deli's, cafe's and grocery stores in the area for + a dunking' donut next door for a quick cup of joe or breakfast..
