The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and
understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited
on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot
and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around
the corner. Would definitely stay here again. -

The location and the view! We stayed on the 11th floor with easy access
to the roof. Absolutely amazing! Yes the room is small but its New York!

I loved everything about this hotel! It is in great location on lower
east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful.
Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my
friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They
was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn
station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms
comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc

I liked how the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests even though they did not have to. The room we stayed in 814 had an amazing view of midtown manhattan and was very quiet. The Holiday Inn is not spectacular but worth the money. I had Room 301, the biggest one on the floor. Very comfortable bed, enough space for your stuff and very clean. I have been many times in NYC and the Lower East Side has become a hot spot, therefore the location of the Hotel is also good. Subway is only 2 blocks away. Very friendly staff and the restaurant in the basement is serving an outstanding omelet :-)

The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent -
I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City
