  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security,... vad folk säger » house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying. Both we - Everything....professional and attentive service to all sorts of personal touches to make you feel "special" to the point you forget how much you are paying for these features :)

  this hotel was great the junior suite was a nice size we had 2 small kids with us and they both slept on the pullout the bedroom had a very comfy king bed for the wife and I. at 460 + - with tax for the night I recommend it if your traveling with small children - We liked everything!   The location is outstanding. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location.
