It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am.

Well maintained, all furniture, carpets, wallpaper, courtains, bathroom, lamps were in good condition.

Rummet, sviten, var utmärkt, nyrenoverat, stort , ljust, fin utsikt, försett med just de bekvämligheter som omnämnts - Rent, fint och rymligt. Det var sköna sängar, inget buller hördes och underbar utsikt över Hudson River (bodde på 24:e vån). Nära Central Park och Tunnelbanan.

We arrived an hour early and were let into our room which we didn't expect. Staff were very friendly at reception and gave us free spanish tapas vouchers for use at the bar in the hotel. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later). Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is very close to Gran Central Station. It was very quiet, very clean and has been recently refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. Frankie at the front desk was wonderful. The location was very close to the 8th avenue subway station which was a nice line to ride and see the city. The breakfast was delicious and the other guests were friendly. The water pressure in the shower was good (a plus for me). The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job cleaning the room daily. Very quiet during our stay both from other rooms and from the outside. There is a grocery store on 8th ave between 22nd and 21st (2 minute walk).
