Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

Bra hotell med snygga och moderna rum till bra peng. Gillade att dom hade klockradio som funkar med MP3 spelare eller Ipod. Bjöd på "after-shopping" vin och ost på hotellets 10:e våning. Trevligt! Ofta är lobbyn snygg o rummen lever inte upp till det i New York. Men här blir man inte besviken! - Service, inredning, läge.

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. bags but to our surprisement, our room was avaliable and we even got an

The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.

We loved everything about this hotel. There was always a doorman to open
the door, and friendly staff at the desk to welcome us every time we
returned to the hotel. The elevators were fast. The room was very
comfortable, with high-quality furnishings. Loved the Keurig
coffeemaker, and the tv in the bathroom. Enjoyed the free breakfasts,
and there was always a New York Times available to read with our coffee.

My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being
in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at
the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have
chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time
in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he
travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that
says a lot coming from him.

The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.
