The hotel was very clean and fresh. It felt brand new from the modern wall covering in the lobbies and corridors to the furniture and fittings inside the rooms.
The room was spacious and comfortable, well appointed and modern but without losing a classic feeling high ceilings and big windows.

Location with easy access to everything. When Hotel staff found out thatwe were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded our room to abeautiful corner room on the 19th floor. - All personnel were very professional. Bartender in the restaurant was very informative about the city.

Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour
starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in
the 25th floor and the view was very nice, Staff (House Keeping,
reception & concierge) were extremely friendly and efficient, the

we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

I absolutely loved the Sanctuary & would return in a heartbeat! I
was travelling alone for business but it would be ideal as a couple or
for a special trip with friends. Service was above & beyond from the
moment I arrived - at 10pm tired & weary! The lovely doorman took my
case, took my name, the desk staff were then ready for me, super
efficient check in. I was accompanied to my room & everything

This hotel was awesome!!! Four forty-somethings met for our annual 'girls weekend' and were unsure about the hotel, since we booked online. We had an apartment reserved that fell through at the last minute and in a panic we found the Intercontinental online and we were so happy. We could not believe how clean and beautiful this hotel was the conceirge and doormen were wonderfully helpful. Great restaurant recommendations, etc. We will definitely stay again. Utmärkt läge! - Läget vid Times Square, nära till flera tunnelbanelinjer samt Central Park! Bra tillgång till gym även om det var svårt att hitta dit. Vaktmästaren och receptionisten på hoteller var väldigt hjälpsamma även om temperaturen i badrummet inte gick att åtgärda. Okej värde för pengarna för att vara NY: 5n för $ 940 inkl. skatter.

I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM.
