  The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortable beds meant we slept well. The gym was excellent and the swimming pool area although small was perfectly adequate. It is in an excellent position for getting to most areas around the city, close to both large shopping centres and boutique shops and restaurants on ... vad folk säger » 3rd Street, and taxis were often waiting outside. The restaurant was excellent and is obviously a popular place in the evenings. - Very friendly, professional staff. Everyone was nice and always had a smile on their face, but not at all in an obnoxious way. Sam is very helpful. The room is quite large and spacious, and the bed comfy. Bathroom is nicely done, too. Location is excellent - right on West 3rd, a couple minutes' walk from the Beverly Center, great restaurants on 3rd, and boutique shops.

  I liked the quaint decor and the small, intimate design of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the patio area was just so relaxing and visually pleasing. The smallness of the rooms did not bother us since they were so cute. Its a quaint, charming boutique hotel with a European or Spanish ambiance feel. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. The interior terrace is a wonderful place to have breakfast in the morning or chill out there at the end of your day. The rooms are small but cozy with the feel of staying at a friends house as opposed to a hotel. I I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

  The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia.
