The staff, facilities and location were a business travelers dream. I had a problem with the agreed-on amount and what was charged. The staff were friendly and made it right quickly. Loved my stay. Close to our venue, great restaurants and shopping. I really liked the area. Nice walk to water wall . Good breakfast choices. Location was perfect; staff was friendly; everything was clean; breakfast was good and facility was family friendly.

The staff very good and the location nice near to Galleria mall. Nice comfortable room,friendly staffs. the hot breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and clean. Everything. Laid back feel, the afternoon small meal with wine and beer...close to Galleria... Loved the room, pool was small but clean and comfortable. The location in very convenient for The Galleria. I found an ant trail one morning after leaving a fork with food on it in the sink. I washed the fork and wiped down the trail and did not find any more ants. Though clean the room was old with cracking walls and damage to bathroom faucets from age. My car was robbed during the night while parking just outside of the suites. AC units are loud. Breakfast bar was limited. Needs mire variety of food. The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was terrible, mainly the eggs. Would like a small meal more days of the week... Staff charged us three times for same room, and had to fax documents to my banker to release those charges, but it ruined the weekend for us, since we didnt go there to get into an argument. Under remodeling. Unhelpful staff, old antiquated furniture, poor drainage in bathtub, torn up carpet, multiple appliances not working, moldy walls, and horrible bland breakfast buffet. The staff is unfriendly, especially a lady named Katy. She was really unpleasant, cold, depressed and giving bad service. It's pitty because the reception is the "face" of the hotel and the guests expect to be greeted more warmly, especially if it's the thanksgiving. Construction during stay. Construction staff whistled at passing women. Older rooms, television, carpet etc. Lights did not work. Ants in room kitchen. Need to be update. Old fashion. carpet in room was wet. We booked a room several weeks in advance for 1 room with 2 beds only to receive 1 bed room and we were told they gave our room away and had no more rooms and tried to charge us the full price for 2 beds. Will never book at sonesta Es again!. Everything.
